Newbury parkrun, on a cool morning, although only really cold in the wind which hit you when you were least expecting it! First run after having a heavy cold for approx 10 days. So nice to be out and about again, just took it fairly easy and enjoyed being out. Course was trail perfect, a few puddles but overall good underfoot.
