parkrun with Nik this morning and a trip to Newbury. Good running weather day, especially for Newbury. It was a chilly morning (glove weather) but not bitterly cold and no wind to make it feel colder. With no rain in the week, underfoot was good and i really enjoyed it. Slow start (as ever at Newbury), however found a good pace and felt good going up the hill at the end.
